This was a very smooth experience. Patrick was helpful on the phone and got my proof and quote to me quickly. We have ordered from them before and the quality of the pins is great.
I am very satisfied. It is my fifth or sixth order with Signture and I am ver satisfied. I should mention though, that there was one previous order where the size of the product in the project did not match exactly the size of physical items received. And there was another order of pins where there was a loss of resolution of the elements on the pin, where very fine detailed elements could not be printed on the pin. You could thonk of a warning regarding sizes of letters and drawings that will not have enough resolution under a certain size to appear clearly on the pin.
This is my second time ordering. Signature Pins is very responsive to email, their design team listens and delivers with great designs. I've also been satisfied with their quick shipping.

Ordered specialty pins!! They were fantastic. Just ordered another set of pins a bit different. They designed and sent proofs of everything. Was even nicer than anticipated, and I have high standards!! Everyone that received a pin loved them. Kudos to the design team and company.
They transformed my doodle into a perfect pin! Asking for my wibbly lines to be smoothed and colors to be swapped was easy. The proof process was fast and painless even though I felt like I was being really picky.
