It was a quick and easy process. I would prefer to see what my badge will look like before hitting the pay button. That is my only comment.
I paid $35.00 for overnight shipping. I received my package 7 days later. When I called and shared my concerns of their services, it was if they didn't care at all.

The online CSR is outstanding and ordering features are great.
We used Imprint Plus because they had a set of four colors of name badges in the size we wanted. They dropped one of the colors, and now we're out hundreds of dollars and have to scramble to find a new solution for identifying our four groups of attendees.
This is an international company, apparently, because the credit card charge was classified as an international charge when I placed the order. Not even a day later, my credit card was again charged, this time fraudulently, in another international transaction. Shopnamebadges.com needs to re-evaluate their payment security, because I have no doubt my credit card information was stolen when I purchased name badges through them. Furthermore, their order processing time took more than 2 business days - which kind of defeats the purpose of paying nearly $50 extra for Next Day Air shipping.
We have worked with Imprint Plus for a little over 5 years and every experience has been wonderful. Not to mention the product itself is exceptional. I have yet to find a better looking name tag. Our company uses these name tags for every single one of our facilities and I recommend the tags to other businesses when i notice a tacky name tag. Ordering is always an easy and convenient experience.
I really like these name badges because they look professional, are affordable, have good quality magnets and you can assemble them yourself, however they were not entirely compatible with our printer and it was a very big headache to figure out how to load the inserts properly to get them to print properly. I wouldn't want to do it again.

Great product, easy to use even without the software (software makes things much easier though). Fast delivery. Shipping to the US occurs international credit card fees (about $10).
These guys make it way more difficult to buy product than it needs to be. Every transaction needs to be handled via a CSR. It's name badges, for crying out loud. Just have a simple online ordering menu. No need for customer #s, etc. Their fulfillment process is also a mess
