Overall, very happy. Shoes arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. One word re next day delivery - not a complaint, just something to be aware of, especially if you're placing your order on a Friday. I understood from the website that next day delivery orders placed before 2pm on a Friday were *cheaper*, but that the next day option was still available for orders made later in the day. Not the case - orders are only *accepted* for next day delivery until 2pm on a Friday. In fact, any orders placed after that won't be picked up until the following Monday. But like I say, not a complaint, shoes arrived and am very happy with them! Would recommend the company.

Goods arrived quickly, unfortunately too narrow but the returns process was also easy to do. Would and will use again.

Disappointed with service as i never received order confirmation email and slippers not yet been delivered even though they were ordered a week ago.

Delivery too slow

I'm generally happy with the selection and quality of shoes available from Shoes.co.uk but on two occasions I have placed orders on-line only to be informed (by subsequent e-mail) that they were 'not available from the supplier'. This has been disappointing but when the items are in stock delivery has been very prompt.

The service and product were everything I hoped they would be. Needing wider fit shoes is a new experience for me and I do not feel ready for 'old lady' shoes, or ones which look like surgical appliances. A smart pair of shoes which fit well at a reasonable price - a life saver!

I would not hesitate to recommend buying shoes from this website! I bought one pair to check the quality/service and was so impressed I bought another 2 pairs immediately. The srvice was good, couldnt send the boots ordered, however when I rang and asked for a different style, they arrived the next day. Would use again and would recommend.

I wanted a Padders Lunar shoe (very comfortable) in a tan colour. The Shoes.co.uk site listed the shoe in Black and Dark brown but not Tan. I phoned Shoes.co.uk and was told they would phone Padders and then would phone me back. Within 5 minutes I got a return call with confirmation that they could supply Tan coloured in my size. The order process was efficient and I have received the shoes today by Royal Mail. A good price with free p&p and excellent customer service - says it all really.

I originally purchased a pair of boots for my daughter in the new year, however when I received them I wrongly believed that I had been sent the incorrect size and left a poor review. In response to the review I had a couple of emails and a phone call in order to investigate why I'd been sent the wrong size in order that they could resolve. It was at this point that I realised it was in fact my own error and was confused due to the euro size conversion. (& that at bizarrely Lelli Kelly do a size 11.5 although do not usually do half sizes) Lee an advisor at shoes.co.uk was very helpful, emailing me the conversion charts and also trying to help resolve the issue. I would just like to say that they went above and beyond in order to resolve an issue that did turn out to be an error of my own. For these reasons and as well as for the fact that the same boots are nearly £70 in John Lewis. I would definitely shop at this website again. I ended up purchasing a different boot in the correct size, which I received a couple of days after. Fab customer service, thank you. 👍 :)
