Out of business - marketing website is offline, VPS is offline, control panel is up but customer logins appear to be disabled. No communication was received from the business offering refunds for services paid-for but not provided, or explaining what happened.
I recommended their services to my clients. Right now I am using their cloud hosting plan and it works like a charm! Their panel is really fast and it took only 2 minutes to create a Virtual Machine! Dustin is a very helpful person, he answered my question really quick! Kudos to ServerHand!
