As a Canadian dealing with a failing health system and being shuffled from one «specialist» to another, all the while being gaslighted, I want you to know that Sequencing has already been more helpful in the past several months than local doctors have been over that past several decades. I purchased my kit on Canada Day and promptly received my kit. It was processed much sooner than they publicize, and both times that I needed help, my emails were responded to that same day and the support they provided exceeded my expectations. I am now in possession of knowledge that I will be printing and bringing with me to my future doctor appointments regarding my current health problems and documented risks, as well as medications that should be avoided. I bought a whole genome test through an other company. But I have never received the results (more than 1 year has past). Because of this experience I was skeptical whether Sequencing.com would be better. But I gave this company a chance because of a personal recommendation and good reviews on trustpilot. And I was not disappointed. Customers service have been very helpful in how to return the sample from EU. The result came before the deadline. I could follow every step in the process. I would with not doubt recommend this company.

I ordered the whole genome sequencing and was very impressed by the collection process. The collection box promptly arrived to my house and was very simple to use. I sent my sample in and was delighted to receive constant updates about the processing timeline over the next few weeks. My genome was expediently processed and the results were very easy to access. I love the reports included and enjoy using the genome processer to explore my genome for variants. I also like the monthly membership that updates results for variants based on current scientific knowledge. Overall 10/10 and would do it again!

Very detailed and informative. They keep you up to date throughout the entire process. Considering how much information is given the time for results is adequate. It helps tremendously knowing where you are in the process. I highly recommend this test.

They deliver what they promised. Great UX, a bunch of useful reports, and reasonable timelines (note: I am not in US). Let's see now how the product evolves as the science advances, but the overall service has been great.

Custumer support at Sequencing.com is superb. They are always there and answer in a timely manner no matter what kind of questions you may have. I have had so many questions about the process of seeking my own DNA analysis and sequencing.com’s team is professional, supportive and knowledgeable. They really do help you with their systems, apps and services. Logan and Ryan in particular are incredible.

Everything about them is 5*. When I had an issue with my first kit they seamlessly and without question sent me a replacement. I got my results a lot quicker than it had been estimated for each step of the process. Every time I have had a question about anything my questions are answered promptly by knowledgeable and very friendly customer service agents.

I’ve had years experience with multiple different genetic companies, while health testing my dogs for breeding purposes. I was amazed at the difference in the amount of information Sequencing provided. It was also a pleasant surprise to receive updates along the way while my swab was processing. Again, this is something I’ve not experienced from any of the other DNA platforms I’ve used. Often customers are just left waiting in the dark for weeks once notified the sample has been received and processing.

After researching numerous DNA testing companies I settled on Sequencing due to the thoroughness of the testing and HIPAA protection. My results not only confirmed multiple issues with which I had already been diagnosed, but also revealed and confirmed an issue that I had told my doctors (for over 25 years) I suspected I had. It was a huge relief to know I wasn't wrong and have the data to back it up.

Finding out information that's prudent to one's survival is a 10 in my books! Thank you guys for your platform that enables me to hone in on my genetics before it's too late!

I’m so thankful to have my sequencing.com results. The results came in a timely manner, as stated on their website's. It’s already helped focus in on some particular gene mutations that I hope will allow my healthcare team to explore further in finding a diagnosis for some longstanding unexplained health symptoms.

I'm very satisfied with my testing! I spoke with Ryan at sequence and he patiently listened to my specific concerns/ questions. Have always had quick responses whenever I've contacted them. I would highly recommend!!!!

Great communication and fast turnaround times. Kit took about 3 weeks from the lab starting to process it to being able to see some DNA reports. VERY good especially after Dante Labs messed me around for over a year to no avail. Definitely recommended.

It's been over four months since they received my sample and all I have ever gotten is spam advertising trying to upsell me. I left a message because of course nobody answered my call. Plan on processing a chargeback of my credit card if I don't hear from them in the next business day.

We ordered and submitted two DNA Kits. When we received our results, they were different for both kits. The marketplace cost of the reports looks the same for both kits. So why not allow us to choose the reports we want instead of sending random reports? We are now forced to pay for the reports we would prefer. After receiving our first results, we were very excited to tell our friends and family about Sequencing.com, not realizing that they were random. We are now less likely to recommend based on our experience with the random reports received with the second kits results.

They claim whole genome sequencing but when you do get the results - #1 - you have to pay an unadvertised "membership fee" to access your results #2. You cannot download your genome file and #3 - they only sequence a small portion then tell you to buy a whole genome kit to get the full reports. Ummm...did that. This is what I get? Less than 10% Methinks there is something fishy about this company.

The company promises Whole Genome Sequencing and claims compatibility with other formats. Reality: 1. The WGS data isn't available. - The website shows the file names of WGS (BAM, FASTQ), but you can't download them. It tell you that you need to contact support for that. - When I contact support (June 5) they quickly ask me for a confirmation if I really want them - After I immeditely confirmed, the support is silent - My reminder on June 22 didn't get any response either. - Moreover, on June 22 I wasn't able to log in to sequencing.com with the same password saved in the password manager. I can't reset the password either. - Support ticket about being unable to login was also silent... 2. The standard files they let you download wasn't accepted by a third-party service that successfully takes 23andme files. So, something is off with that compatibility. 3. It did show me some genetic reports, but I'm not sure how this is different from non-WGS services.

42+ weeks to finally get results! Original kit from 8/31/2023 was months behind delivery date, so customer support cancelled it and sent a new kit with expedited processing on 3/22/2024. Results just arrived 7/4/2024 for the supposed ~6 week expedited replacement, so the support team cancelling the first kit may not have been the best idea.
