For now i really liked the service, overall. The distribution process was a little confusing (at the end i couldn't understand if my release have been sent to aproval or not) you may add an "Sent to distribuition OK" sign at the end or something. The times for aproval were a little high, i asume the time of the year is not the best (uploaded December 21th) so, in general it was great.

Good service. Good support. Good site UI. Good result. Some remarks: 1) Demo video has not fully shown who is the primary artist. It to accent only on release name. 2) First time was mistake - I have created the release where primary artist was a list of musicians. In result we got published release with Various artists, not with band name. That was described in small URL in bottom of one of site's page, but I found it too late. 3) In history we can see only result about state of requests. Will be good to get answer from media, how it was done. For example: We have changed our primary artist label and updated it. Most media were updated and primary artist was changed. But Soundcloud was not changed (I think, because we have on SoundCloud similar band name page). Will be good if Soundcloud (or other media) note in answer: reason why update was not finished, etc. Additional logs will be awesome!

Your replies were unclear and contained rude language. Support is meant to provide help but it seemed to be dictating and DIY model. Also your platform could not release my track on stores and wanted me to make some changes but what exactly to modify wasn't clear. I distributed the track through other platform without any changes and it was released within a week. Reply to your Answer: Since there was no option to comment on your reply, I have to edit my review. Coming to your each clarification: I do have an idea of the quality control process if not fully understand the same but I figure out that it is nearly the same with the music stores if I use any other aggregator too. Coming to blurry artwork, I asked for clarification about what part of the artwork was blurry (image or fonts) to which there was no clarification and you repeated the same reply asking to modify the artwork. As mentioned in your reply that my understanding about image quality is not important which is accepted, but at the same time your fantastic and professional team should have clarified the details which would have helped me to make the changes which didn't happen. Your team said "about the cover artwork, I am not going to waste more time on it. It's poor quality. Simply like that and must be edited." Also, I guess that the quality was not standard for your team rather than stores, as the same artwork was accepted without any changes when distributed through other aggregator without a single issue. Coming to final thing about Contract/License. I asked for clarification about what license you require, whether it was regarding distribution/producing or copyright as it differs on case to case basis on which your reply to Google it seems to be rude. If your team had clarified without asking me to DIY, I would have admitted that your team is fantastic. I don't understand the logic that being a musician I MUST know what a license is; as musicians make music rather than licenses and as said above, the term varies on case to case basis. You did not clarify whether you wanted license about producing or an artist contract and that's what was asked. Easy like that. None of the other aggregators to my knowledge ask for this as the artist contract mentions confidential clauses as well. Regarding your opinion about 'POOR MUSICIAN' replicates your mentality about music as a whole and your professional approach. Also, I didn't submit the contract, since the artwork itself was not accepted. It would have been better if you had clarified things over email when asked, rather than taking so much trouble in reverting now on the review. To summarize, I have mentioned my review based on my experience this time with your support hoping that it will improve next time I have a release.
The interface is a little difficult. Hard to say if I have any activity. Data ends in October.
-Twice in the past month, I have been logged out of my account and had my password not work. This last time I got a randomly generated password and THAT did not work either, and I am trying to fix this issue without being locked out of my account fuy. I am not sure if this is an issue with security or a bug with the site, but I should be able to access my account easily without being randomly locked out and the password not work.
