Release approval and support email response time is too long. I have used the free service of other distributors before such as: True Knock Digital, Allot Lines,... they only took 24 - 48 hours to review the release and answer questions. I think you guys should improve this.

Sepulchral Silence is an excellent service, if you're just looking to casually upload music and not make much money. Obviously, there are better options out there for making money, but you pay with this being free. The quality control folks are nice and usually get the work done in a timely matter. Definitely the best service for uploading music as a hobbyist. It's a very easy platform to use, and although some sections, namely the "song" you upload can be a bit confusing, there are no hoops you have to jump through, which makes it very helpful. Love Sepulchral! Hope to see them winning in the market soon!

From 2012 I am in label business and worked with many distributors. Sepulchral have advantage about payments. It is 30euro limit and that is what I like because it is not easy in electronic music without serious marketing reach some money
