I had no problems with them, they are great.

I was disappointed in my experience. I have dealt with other companies who offer free returns for what they consider unacceptable merchandise and to have to pay to return DVD's that aren't worth the shipping fees is kind of ridiculous. I will not use this company again. They did email me about a few things they found unacceptable, however all of what I sent was in the original packages and in sealed mint condition, so now it is hard for me to know why they turned it down. This particular process makes me a little skeptical about how this company does their business. I attempted to use this company because upon comparison they originally offered a little more for the very DVD's they turned down.

While it seems like an easy way to get rid of all the DVDs/CDs you no longer watch/listen to - they really give you nothing for them and probably make a lot selling them elsewhere. I have given them some DVDs not even opened and get 10 cents for them. This least time, they didn't like the packaging I sent one in and wouldn't give me the 10 cents but offered to return it to me at a cost to me of $3.99. At that point, I realized I would rather donate my items to a library or other non-profit than let them earn a huge profit off of my laziness.

A lot of work for as little as .10 for a CD, or DVD, but it was better than giving them away...I guess.

Very easy, fast turnaround of check. I'm very pleased.

Had shelves of DVDs andCDs that were taking up room and nothing more than dust collecters. Was told to contact your company to see if they wanted them. At 1st I thought the prices were low but when I seen they absorb the shipping cost, it sort of worked out to be a lot better than expected. Payment was quick and accurate. Great to deal with them - will do more in the future.

Excellent way to get rid of books and DVDs. Fast transaction.

The process was pretty simple - I went through all my old DVDs, entered each sku number on the website, printed the free shipping label, packed & shipped them, and received payment within 60 days. I'm not entirely sure if I got the best value per DVD, but it's a lot better than just having the DVDs sit there and take up space. For about 50 DVDs, I got about $30. If I ever happen to have so many DVDs laying around, I would definitely consider using this service again.

It was very easy to enter in the UPC barcode numbers to see what the CD was worth, ADD it to the list and the pack up the CDs with your packing list and within 10 days I had a check in my mail box! Great way to de-clutter and recycle CDs! Highly recommend. Oh the shipping label you print includes PREPAID postage. NO COST TO YOU!

Easy good price quick

I enjoyed ridding myself of clutter while making some money off the books and dvds I don't read or watch anymore. The dvd prices were fair as were the books. I received a payment quickly, though the last order with books did take longer than usual but that was likely due to the weather.

I split half my games and DVDs between this site and another popular one based solely on who paid more. I was careful that all games were complete etc. this site took 100% of my items no problem. The other guys (decluttr) rejected a lot and only sent half the money I was expecting. Since I know the condition of both shipments was comparable, I have to say the other guys ripped me off. Use sellbackyourDVD, don't use Decluttr.
