This was a very simple thing to do. The shipping and handling is even taken care of. The only problem I had was not be able to save all my work of putting in the numbers. I started so late at night and thought I would be able to save what I did the night before. Wrong. Also, they don't take all DVDs CDs but all in all it worked out great. Great way to get rid of your clutter and make money.

I sent in my games and consoles, To be told one was damaged, then when I ask why , it's because they didn't see the wheel that was sent in that came with a game. To then say days later oh we actually do .. Wasting time on getting my payment sent. Check took a whole month to come and I had it cancelled due to being over the timeline , asked to pay via PayPal.... 6 days later still not PayPal payment... Which isn't hard to do. Total now of 6-7 weeks since they received my items and I have stil yet to be paid. Don't expect a fast transaction

Prices offered were much lower than going to a store to sell items used but the convenience of using this method to get rid of books, movies, games, etc. was worth it at this time.

This organization has a way for you to sell your CDs. You don't get much money for them and it is a bit time consuming but it works.

I think you do a great service....wish they paid more but then I guess you could sell them at yard sales but this is so much easier just type in number get how much box up and ship. What can be easier????
