SelectMyTalent (SMT) is an intelligent aviation assessment and recruitment solution for Operators and Pilots alike. SMT was established for two primary reasons. Firstly, to address the challenges that candidates experience when attempting to find a new flying job within a crowded marketplace and highly turbulent industry. Our objective is to streamline the assessment and recruitment process for Pilots by evaluating candidates prior to applying for a role and then promoting your application post-assessment to our partners. Secondly, to support Operators that want to secure culture-correct talent at a reasonable price, quickly and with a success-proven process that is compliant with current regulations. Having managed and administered recruitment campaigns for various AOCs (airline, helicopter, executive jet), as well as ATO assessment, SMT understands the frustrations and concerns.
