This is the fourth report I have read on houses in the last year! The other purchases fell through for various reasons, however I am trying to make the point that my review is based on some recent experience. Simon’s report was clear, easy to read and understand. It has provided me with the information that I needed to make my decision to buy, and what future work that I might choose to do, if I decide to do so! Thank you Simon, you were worth the money and more!

Simon is very professional, keeps to his word, he had the report done and sent to me the same day as the survey was carried out. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Simon went above and beyond to help us. A surveyor who we'd initially planned to go with were unable to fit us into a suitable timeframe as we wanted to get a survey done within a short space of time. Not only did Simon fit us into his schedule before anyone else could, he was also very responsive and understanding of our situation. We ended up getting the survey report on the same day that he conducted the survey and gave us a courtesy call after the inspection to give us a brief rundown of his findings. We can't speak highy enough of the surveying experience we recieved and will certainly recommend him to anyone in the future!

Simon at Searchlight is brilliant. We used him for our previous house move and found him to be an excellent communicator who produced a thorough and timely report. When we were looking to move again I went straight back to Simon. His prompt and helpful advice from a surveyor’s perspective helped us avoid making an expensive mistake.
