New garage door fitted expertly and without fuss. Good quality and a good price. If I was to suggest any improvements to the service it would be about communication, perhaps keeping the customer up to date by email and/or text message in between ordering and delivery and making the payment process more streamlined would have made my rating 5 stars.

We needed our up and over garage door repaired. I’d called SD and they responded promptly on next business day. They had originally advised date in following week which was fine, but called same afternoon to say were in the area and finished another job early. They came there and then and repair was completed promptly. Very professional and courteous repair team. A pleasure to do business with.

The garage door had jumped the guides and required new wires and rehanging. SD garage doors sorted it with minimum of fuss and at very reasonable cost. From booking the job to completion of work was perfect. Thank you especially Pauline who arranged the prompt repair and answered all my questions perfectly.

New Garage Door Installation. No issues with the purchase of the door. Only thing that made the installation was the extra work that had to be done to fit the door. As caused quite a lot of dust having to cut away garage floor. As you can image the dust went every where. The finished work was very good. No issues with that and the door looks great. Hence the reason for only 4 stars.
I would have given them four and a half if possible. On the whole, I am almost completely satisfied by SD. The process of arranging to have the doors fitted was nice and smooth and pressure free. The price was fair and they fitted the doors very well. The workmanship is very good; no problems so far after a week. The only thing I did not like was that, as soon as the doors were fitted, the fitters asked me to pay the balance immediately - I had paid half of the price upon ordering the doors. I had been expecting to be sent an invoice. I would not have minded paying on the spot, as it were, if I had had some notice but they did not make ti clear, as far as I am concerned, that this would happen. It was a bit of a nuisance. They may have their reasons for doing this but the process of it could be better.

Workmen arrived on time and were courteous and polite. My garage door had lost some bolts and was dangerous. All faults were quickly repaired and I was delighted with the final result.
