Based in Swansea Enterprise Park (opposite ASDA) we are a team of professional body shop technicians. Our lead technician Tom is a highly regarded spray painter who has worked on vehicles ranging from motorbikes to Ferrari's. We operate from an advanced paint repair shop, with an industry leading spray booth, colour matching system and dent pulling kit. We guarantee that you won't find a better quality finish anywhere else in Wales. The Difference Between Us and Mobile Repairs Unlike the 4 week "training" courses that the majority of mobile paint technicians attend, we dedicated 3 years of full time industry education. Our experience of working at high end paint shops dealing daily with BMW's, Maserati, Ferrari & More, enabled us the confidence in our abilities to deliver exceptional faultless work regardless of the vehicle badge. To some, the convenience of a mobile repair unit that comes to your home or office speaks for itself. For others, it's the quality of the finish. We had the choice of starting a mobile paint shop, but we decided that the quality and reputation of our skills demanded a location based environment. Cannot recommend Scuffed Up enough! My daughter’s cari was hit outside our house. The offside door, mirror, A Pillar trim and front wing all sustained nasty damage and it has come back looking like new! They dealt with our insurance company, sourced parts even Nissan couldn’t source and had to deal with me constantly calling for updates 😂 Every member of staff has been brilliant and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a quick, expert repair!

Phil . First of all I must explain that the company did not actually repair my car as it was written off by the insurers. In my experience the staff were great in all my communication with them. There were delays due to the insurance arranging engineers decisions but I must pay compliments to Dan who was excellent in his handling of arranging my courtesy car as well as keeping me in contact throughout the ordeal. Well done and in my opinion a very well run organisation.
Fantastic experience, nothing to much trouble with these guys, friendly and professionally, would defo recommend them to family and friends.

Review My car was unfortunately taken to Scuffed Up by my insurance company after it had theft related damaged and what ensued can only be described as the most unprofessional, pathetic attempt at customer service I have ever experienced. Thanks to a mistake on the garage’s part I was left without a courtesy car for weeks on end, struggling to get to work. I get a call from Peter (equally as unprofessional) to say there’s a car available for me, great or so I thought. I leave work early and arrive to be told there’s a car ready but I can’t give it to you. So I’m still without a car. Then an apology comes from Tom the “owner” where I was told it’s his mistake he’s so sorry and and as a gesture of goodwill he will make sure my car is valeted inside and out and touch up any scuffs or chips and it’ll be like new. I’m happy with this. Several days later I finally get a courtesy car and after having it for a week I get a call to say my car is ready. I go to the garage to be greeted by Peter and my car which is absolutely filthy and not a single chip or scuff fixed. Needless to say I’m not happy and ask to speak to Tom to which Peter tells me if you must know he’s in the middle of having his house taken off him. What a bizarre thing to tell a customer? How can you run a business while being in financial difficulty like that? Or is the reality that according to Companies House Tom’s mam and dad are directors of the company as well and he can just use the garage as a place to take his van for a polish? Fast forward to today 18th March where I get a call to say my car will be ready and is being polished by Tom himself. What follows is blatant coercion to force me to take my car even though I am not happy with it. I get told I’m nitpicking and it’s not his fault I’m unhappy, and he won’t be doing anything else to rectify his errors over the past several weeks and I will be taking my car no matter what as he has removed me from the lease of the courtesy car. So left with no option to get home and being berated in a car park full of men what choice do I have? I ask Tom if he called me down to the garage knowing full well he was going to make me take my car and he told me yes. Now I’m left with a car that honestly looks like a toddler has cleaned it and took a paint brush to it with a colour that doesn’t even match. Oh, and thanks for cracking my fog light luckily I took pictures of the car before I accepted it isn’t it
Fantastic experience after my wife’s car was involved in a collision. The claim was deal with entirely by scuffedup and the claims line from start to finish. The customer service were second to none and the communication excellent. Special mention to Peter from scuffed up who was excellent and a true gentleman. I highly recommend scuffed up to anyone who finds themself in need of they services.
5* service, after someone drove into my partners car, we made the right choice having scuffed up do the work. Gave them our insurance details and they took care everything else, quickly and efficiently. Our car had body replacements and re spray and back looking brand new in no time. Can not thank the down to earth friendly team here enough!
I was so happy to find these people. They fixed the scratches on my car's roof and hood, so it looks brand new again. If you didn't know how it looked in the past, you'd think it was brand new.
Driving my 22 plate white transit custom van today a large steel gate caught the wind and closed onto the van,it left a nasty mark about a foot long above the rear wheel arch. I was dreading telling my boss so I thought I would call into Scuffed Up to get a quote and then decide what I would do next.The gentleman that looked at my vehicle said that he could fix it right now for next to nothing, I was so relieved with his honesty and impressed with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Scuffed Up for a first class service by true professionals.
My white VW T5 had some rust along the sills and rear wheel arch which I wanted to repair and Scuffed Up was recommended to me by a trusted mechanic. After repairing the rust I thought it would look good to paint the bottom half of the van a different colour. The guys at Scuffed Up gave me a reasonable quote and were super helpful throughout every step of the process in advising me of the best ways to go. They sourced new parts for me where needed and regularly kept in touch to keep me updated. It’s clear to see they take a real pride in their work. The attention to detail they gave really shows in the final result. The van now looks absolutely stunning and when I went to pick it up they were just as excited about it as I was! Amazing job, great guys, 100% would recommend and I will be using again!

Absolutely brilliant people, friendly, very knowledgable and much quicker in book in and turn around than any other company I have used in the past. The price was excellent and the work was superb. Looking at the car toy wouldn't know anything had happened to it- which is exactly what you want. A very small issue which was no one's fault was dealt with immediately with no fuss. Tom and the team at Scuffed Up have carried out minor repairs on several of the company's vehicles since they started in business.
