"Ortigia Sicillia” Scentu was by far the best value supplier of this lovely brand that I could find and offered free postage that was quick and efficient. The parcel was well wrapped and packed and included some perfume samples - nice surprise. I'm very impressed with this service and have just received my 2nd order and will shop here again. Highly recommended.

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered an item before Christmas, but it never arrived. Their email responses have been slow and unhelpful. It turns out the item was never even shipped. Now, a month later, Royal Mail 48 H service tracking still states: "More information will be available once we have received your item and scanned it into our network." Clearly, the item was never scanned, yet the company is placing the blame on the Hub for not scanning the parcel. It's truly unbelievable. If the item were truly lost by Royal Mail, I would expect to be eligible for compensation. I requested a replacement, but they claimed they were out of stock. When I asked for a refund, they said it was "processed" on January 11th, and that it could take up to five working days. That deadline has now passed, and I've received neither a refund nor the item. I cannot recommend this company at all, and their customer service is outrageously poor. The item never arrived and I’m still waiting for my money. I will not be shopping with them again.

My favourite Delilah concealer was £5 less than anywhere else on line and had free delivery, it arrived within a couple of days so I would definitely recommend Scentubeauty

I came across thus website when i was looking for Loocitane hands and feet cream. I love thuis brand but at the moment prices for this bands products are very high. Luckily I found this website. Perfect product and service" Beautiful Ortigia Liquid soap in Glass bottle. Looks great in the bathroom, particularly with sunlight behind it which really illuminates it. Smells lovely too.
