After my order was accepted I had a phone call from a gentleman & I am sorry I can’t remember his name. He phoned to say that when I did the order I failed to realise about Black Friday & I was entitled to 5 more packets free of charge on my order. I was so impressed that this was picked up & corrected without any input from me. In fact I would never have realised. Your service & the way you treat your customers is to be applauded. The website is very easy to use. Delivery is speedy with tracking and when possible is packaged to fit through the letterbox. I am very happy with the service.

Couldn’t place my order online, it wouldn’t let me log on unfortunately. I decided to ring up with my order instead. The first person that answered had a very crackly line but as soon as I mentioned it she said she’d put me through to someone else which she did straight away. Then a man came on the line, it was still a bit crackly but we managed to understand each other & I was able to place my order. I asked if I had any rewards (by which I meant points to get some money off the total of the order) He said no but I don’t believe that to be true! As I was unable to log on to my account I couldn’t check for myself sadly. Order arrived quickly so that’s good.
