A really good product and an excellent service. D Mannose was recommended to me by my urology consultant after recurrent UTIs. I found the tablets impossible to swallow but I get on well with the powder. It hasn’t completely eliminated the infections but I am certainly not getting as many.

I ordered the Waterfall D- Mannose as sachets and was astonished at how quickly the order was processed and delivered. I am fortunate in that I am only an occasional sufferer with UTI's, but I have always found the D- Mannose to be very helpful and can sometimes avoid the antibiotics.
