I like the fact that these tablets do help and that their price has been kept at very competitive over the years. But when I first started ordering these (which I am lucky enough to be able to have to only do sporadically and not frequently any more) they arrived the next day, which was very reassuring. This time, I ordered and didn’t receive until 4 delivery days later. I know Royal Mail isn’t as reliable as it used to be but maybe time then to look at using delivery companies which can achieve a guaranteed next day delivery.

I have experienced uti/bladder infections for over 20 years and been using SC d'mannose for a long time. Having started a new relationship I started again to get chronic uti's, for over 6 weeks I was put on 3 lots of antibiotics, however it still kept returning. I had never used this product for chronic uti's so I called their helpdesk to get advice on the amount/length to take. I took their advice and after 3 tablets 1000mg every 3 hrs for 1 week, I got my GP to retest my urine culture and was informed no e-coli. I don't normal leave reviews however I just wanted for other woman to see this has been a game changer for me and hope for them.
