I have used D-Mannose powder for several years as a preventative measure to stop frequent recurrent UTIs. This has reduced the frequency of flare ups to about every 6 months. I have successfully recovered from an infection for the first time by using D-Mannose using the immediate support instructions. I think using enough powder and not drinking lots of water has made a difference

I tried to have my order sent to my address in the Canary Islands but when I put it in I was told the tablets couldn't be sent to my address so I had to send it to my son's address in the Uk and he has forwarde them to me. I don't understna this as I have had some orders sent here.
