I am using the powder form of D-Mannose in preferance to tablets. It dissolves so fast in a small glass of water which is virtually tasteless and I drink it twice a day in between meals (my preference). My order arrived the next day which was great as I wanted to start using the product as soon as possible. Included in the parcel was an excellent information sheet and brochure. Next time I will order a refill pack now that I have the little tub and spoon.

I’ve been buying the D-Mannose on behalf of my elderly mother for the last few years and amazed at how speedy and professional they are in sending the order over and the product continues to be of a high quality.

I first came across sweet cures in around 2004/2005. I had a recurrent bladder infection for which the doctor was prescribing a stronger and stronger antibiotics without success. I became desperate and started looking for an alternative solution. I came across the sweet cures website and they had an article where d-mannose had helped a young boy who was on the verge of death because his uti had spread to his kidneys. I rung my doctor and asked him about d-mannose. His pompous and arrogant response was "Well, is there anything in the Lancet about it?". He used a derogatory tone when speaking to me. Basically, he wanted me to continue down the antibiotics route. Not knowing whether the sweet cures website was a scam, or whether the product was a genuine cure, I decided to take a chance and bought the d-mannose and bought a little tub. Oh my goodness, the relief from the bladded infection occurred within the first hour. I continued to use the d-mannose for a few days. The bladder infection was completely cured. At this point I realised that doctors (GPs) have very little knowledge of anything really. I also bought xylotene (at a later date) because my teeth started zinging constantly, even without eating anything hot or cold. I held a teaspoon of xylotene in my mouth for about 5 or so minutes multiple times a day. By the third day my tooth sensitivity had disappeared. Bear in mind that at this point in time (early 2000s) dentists claimed that it was impossible to remineralise/heal teeth (obviously time has proven them wrong).
