I am thrilled to share my truly positive experience with Savvy Book Marketing. They have been instrumental in the writing of my two books, providing unwavering support even during my battle with cancer. Throughout this journey, the team has shown incredible dedication and commitment to my projects. I have collaborated with various members of their team, and each one has been passionate about ensuring the success of my books. Huge shout out to Steve Anderson for his incredible dedication and great talent when it comes to innovative ideas, attention to detail and Marketing Strategies. Steve and his team's professionalism and passion, combined with great amounts of encouragement, have made this a long-lasting and fruitful partnership. I am very grateful to him. I would also like to thank Walter Krasniqui and Helen Cooper for their great work in the past. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking to bring their book ideas to life. Thank you, SavvyBook Marketing! You rock!
Kevin and the Writing & Editing Team at Savvy Book Marketing (SBM) are truly exceptional. As a new author, I felt overwhelmed, but their guidance made all the difference. They supported me at every step of the process, handling all the hard work with professionalism and care. Remarkably, their services are accessible without costing me to sell my kidneys. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate their dedication and expertise. I look forward to working with them again in the future. I highly recommend SBM to anyone seeking excellence in publishing their book. Thank you, SBM!

I do not recommend using Savy. I will not be using them for my next books. I have been trying to publish 2 books with this company for over a year. They claim to be editors, yet I personally went back and found countless spelling and grammatical errors, that I had to point out to the staff. They have a HUGE lack of communication when it comes to their process and all the different delays of your book. Additionally, they will say things like "We will work on this simultaneously" all while failing to even discuss or recognize 50% of the project. They will say things like "We have everything we need to move forward" and then will not reach back out to you. YOU have to take the initiative to check in on them- what is the status, has anything changed in the last 2 weeks, or 3 weeks, are we actually moving forward (the answer was no movement btw). I am baffled that they have higher reviews online but can see now that they ARE NOT BBB Accredited. I WILL NOT be using them for my next books and will be sure that others are aware of their poor customer service, communication, and editing skills.
They did a reasonable job on the web site BUT no accounting for $ spent on advertising. Blog turned up on some obscure site called World press. No explanation if a press release was ever distributed or to whom. No reporting if any social media postings took place or when. No accounting for paid campaign budget of $500 ( I doubt if it was spent). No notice if video trailer ever posted. No sign of advice about u-tube marketing (if any). No monthly reports. No sign of or advice that an Amazon ad campaign took place. What was promised to be a 3-4 month project dragged out over 18+ months. ZERO absolutely ZERO sales to show for their token effort (if any).
Charles Alimi reviewed Savvy Book Marketing USA. I am so glad publishing my second Book with Savvy Book Marketing USA. Conard and his Team are friendly and passionate to explain the detailed process of publishing my Books in Hardcover, Softback, e-Book and Audio-Book. Definitely I recommend Savvy Book Marketing USA.
The team who worked with me on my first book "A Day With Mac" deserve 10 stars!! Helen was so helpful and fun to work with. I knew nothing about the process of publishing a book and she patiently worked with me until it was exactly what I had in mind. I can hardly wait to have the books in my hands!! Thank you so much! When I have the second book (and others after that) in my series ready I definitely want the same team to do them!
Amazing service from cheryl Ann and the whole savvy family thanks for making my dream come true
I liked the marketing of Far Flung Fragments". It was lively, colourful and attractive. I wold have given the whole exercise five stars except for the difficulty of obtaining a valid password, accessing my account (how much royalties earned), and a clear explanation of exactly what I have paid for). I hope it will be a simple matter to clarify these points to a beginner author who can then give a five stars without hesitation. s"
Transparency and professionalism were generated from the beginning. Alex and Sam have been so patient navigating me through this process. Their editing and design teams are excellent. I can't wait to see the finished product.
Do NOT use Savvy Book Marketing or SEO Prohub UK. Firstly, they are not based in the UK and they are not registered at Companies House. They have not adhered to the contract I had with them. They told me the contract was written by a person who had now left the company so wasn't relevant - clearly they will say anything to wriggle out of their responsibilities. Their work is unprofessional, littered with errors and they will not protect an author - especially a first time author who may not understand the important of book size, font size, spacing, margins and the impact this has on royalties. They changed my book to A4 size without telling me, meaning my royalties would have been, at best, 27p per book. Luckily, I have engaged an independent printer who spotted all the errors and warned me so I could terminate the contract before Savvy did any further damage. I have referred the case to Trading Standards, Action Fraud (for misuse of my credit card), the two credit card companies I used and I intend to take legal action if all monies they have taken are not returned. They have left me almost £2,000 in debt and I have had books printed with ISBNs that now do not belong to me which again is a breach of contract - so I've got to reprint books to the tune of £4,000. I'm substantially out of pocket. DO NOT use this company and do not believe the positive reviews unless you can contact the person direct because I strongly suspect (although I have no proof) that the reviews are from company employees.
Zara has been a true delight. She isn't just a project manager, she is a magic weaver. I asked her to create a memoir, but what I got was so much more! I believe she truly understand the compassion needed to write ebook and then publish them on time. I would refer Savvy Book Marketing to anyone and everyone for their professionalism.
