Advertised on 15/09/2018 SOLD 5 weeks later on 23/10/2018!! Monty, Lesley and the whole team are amazing! From my initial phone call with Lesley, I knew the service would be second to none. She was knowledgeable and fast asking me all the right questions enabling Monty to give us a rough estimate of value. Later he came to the house to value it properly and gave us a full valuation. The house went on the market on 15/09/2018 and sold five and a half weeks later on 23/10/2018 with lots of offers coming in the first week. Monty had estimated the value perfectly and we achieved a premium in excess of our expectations. Monty bent over backwards to help us from start to finish. Not only did he meet with the three of us on three separate occasions but he travelled to Chingford to meet my father to get his instructions and sign paperwork. Monty’s in depth knowledge of the housing stock in the area is unbelievable. His negotiation and communication skills, photography and professionalism outstanding. I’ve met a lot of agents in my time having sold and bought many properties to develop and I’ve been in the real estate business in Australia. Monty is the best agent I’ve ever met. It was a difficult and emotional time for us to sell our parents’ home that we both grew up in. Monty and Lesley were understanding and compassionate throughout the process. They always kept us up to date, answering emails and text messages very quickly and Monty always returned my calls and texts if he was speaking to another client when I rang. He did so at any time of the day or night including the weekends. He worked extremely hard for us and doesn’t know the meaning of 9-5. Lesley is incredible at her job, so thorough and speedy. A huge thank you for the Sandra Davidson team (Redbridge) especially to Branch Manager Monty and Senior Sales Advisor Lesley! I had previously used two other agents as they were cheaper, however I soon realised that the service and attitude was poor. I then spoke with Monty at Sandra Davidson Estate Agents who immediately came across as far more knowledgeable and professional than the other agents I’d spoken to and proved to be much better value for money even with their higher fees. So much so that I ended up removing my property from the other agents and going exclusively with Sandra Davidson Estate Agents even before a sale was agreed, such was the confidence I had from the way in which they dealt with me and my property. Once a sale was agreed, The conveyancing team led by Lesley not only kept me updated but continued to pre-empt any stumbling blocks then advise on an appropriate course of action through their experience and expertise, in order to protect my interest!
