Wonderful to be able to purchase hand made quality British products. I have bought a Slicer & Steel for my husband for Christmas and I know he will be over the moon, as he loves the Boning Knife I bought him for his Birthday. Easy to use website, good communication throughout & well packaged.
It may have taken longer than expected (5 months) but you can't question the quality. The knife is a thing of beauty and I would argue great value for money.

Good delivery service. I didn't buy a professional knife as I am not a professional. Bought the cheaper version of the boning knife. I found it adequate to cut round the bones of a pheasant to joint it but found the blade to be stiff not very flexible as I would expect. But then it wasn't an expensive version. Otherwise very sharp.
