Been working here for 6 months. Key points for me were flexibility, culture, and how you are looked at. The management are flexible with you and working from home is something that can be done long term. 5/5 - will continue working here as I can't fault it.
I have worked on the railway for 28 years & worked multiple agencies. In August last year i started working for this company. The fist week i got paid fine but since then for 18 weeks i have issues with payment. I have to spend hours on a phone on a friday & a Monday chasing money. I left 4 weeks ago for better horizans & promise you i will never work for there civils department again
