Avoid like the plague. Turned up on time at there first appointment, left muddy footprints on my white carpet at which I told them they were responsible for cleaning the carpet, technicians reply was 'huh, I'll put you down as a refusal then' and walked out. 2nd appointment, did even bother to turn up. I have taken 2 days off work for this company and still have not had the work carried out. Totally unprofessional.🤬🤬

on taking out 2 contracts for home and rented property, your engineer called Keiran arrived and duly carried out the initial inspection, courteous, pleasant and professional, I was very impressed as was the tenant in the rented property, where he called later that afternoon. I would have given him 6 stars if available Thank you

Excellent service from quote to installation. No sales pitch, just good advice and a great price. I had a full team of people involved in my boiler change and every person was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Had an upgrade of our Boiler under the Governments ,"Eco-save ", scheme . New boiler keeps losing pressure, two radiators ,"Stone cold", Thermostat(paid-for)--Still to be fitted after 5 weeks .They also damaged our kitchen and driveway . They also do not reply to emails and phone-calls . Do NOT use this company --They are worse than cowboys!!!

We had an issue with low water pressure in our boiler, which meant no heating or hot water. Called Saltire and they sent an engineer out same afternoon. Identified issue and made repairs quickly and effectively. None of the usual sales push we used to get from British Gas - just fixed the problem. Well worth the competitive monthly fee for that alone.

Make appointments to attend for annual gas inspections and don’t bother turning up or even making contact to say no-one is coming.... that is now two in a row they’ve not bothered making an appearance or made contact! EDIT: Chris arrived, could not have been nicer and more helpful! Completely explained the whole ‘set up’ for me in detail.... as I hadn’t noticed at the last fault, the guy fitted a different thermostat and I didn’t know how to work it! Chris is a real asset to Saltire for sure!

Saltire through Direct Savings put a new boiler in my home, when replacing new for old it was left with exposed pipes, all the boxing in wood was left to the side with exposed large nails popping out. Picture taken but no customer aftercare and do not reply to emails.

Every year saltire service the boiler through a contract with the council, unfortunately every year I have a problem with them. They come to the door rather than knocking they take a picture of it then say they couldn’t get entry, it is really annoying when you sit in the house all day waiting for them to be told this.
