Products delivered after 7 days but no response via email or phone when I contacted them to check about delivery. No dispatch notification despite signing up for this with my mobile.

Placed an order on the 16th of June. Asked for an estimated delivery date, they said two weeks later. On the 29th they said the item is out of stock. I haven't received my refund yet.

Awful customer service, 36 days from order to delivery but they still stand by 7 to 14 days. Would never buy anything from them again and suggest you think carefully about whether there is an alternative

Wrong items delivered and now I can't get hold of anyone at the company. They don't respond to emails or phone messages. Avoid this company.

Literally vile company, ordered for next day and it’s 9 days later no word of a delivery, contacted them 3 times no response.

Awful company. I have tried to contact them by email and phone with no answer. I placed an order on 19th July and still haven’t received it. I just want a refund for my order, but there is no way to contact them! Awful, avoid.

Placed an order on the 4th of July, got a confirmation email. Still no sign of my order 8 days later! I emailed twice.. No reply. Now just received a refund with no reason or email 13 days later!! Totally ridiculous, if you do not have the stock then don't take the order, if it goes missing in transit let your customer know! Doesn't even look like it left the warehouse to be honest. Will not use again due to the lack of communication regarding my order and terrible way of dealing with things!

Ordered goods on 17 October, next-day delivery promised. Received goods 7 December. Not a single communication from them in the meantime. Unacceptable: avoid.
