The server constantly needs to be rebooted (3-4 times a week), freezes, kicks you out, etc. Server was totally down for 3 days in April - the peak of tax season. If you are an accountant, stay far away. This company is a joke and will damage your business with their horrible service.
I've been using TheSageNext for over 2 years and love it. Despite sometimes, I have a hard time understanding some of them, they've shown great efforts to help me solve my issues. Prior to using TheSageNext, I was using quickbooks on my business desktop and still had virus protection but always had issues with it not syncing or it freezes and I loose data. My CPA introduced me to this company, and ever since, never had those problems again. I may have had minor issues where I couldn't sign in or I lost my sign in info, they always were pleasant and understood my problem and made sure to help me fix the issue. Every since I switched to Thesagenext I am constantly having freezes I have contacted support on many occasions but problem still exists no matter what or where I logon. Support has even changed my server but I still have this problem. I am a tax professional and it certainly was an unpleasant experience during my busy season having clients to wait extended periods of time for the remote desktop to come back online. Does anyone else have this problem and if so how was it fixed?
