Prompt delivery and good quality
The bags I ordered were good for purpose. I issued them to an RSPB site to use when clearing cut reeds. They have to do that regularly and get through a lot of builder's bags. After ordering I had a query which was dealt with promptly. The delivery was also prompt. No complaints whatsoever.

The service is good but the bags aren't as good as they used to be when the tipping hooks were stitched across the bottom of the bag i would sooner pay abit more and have them like that

Delivery was prompt and payment was easy. Then we opened the package and tried to work our kindling machine, bags went out of shape and opening blocks after a little wiggle bag splits. Ten bags out of the 1000 bundle (£270.00)we want to return 990 bags emails over three days ends with Sackmaker wanting to charge £25 for return and £27 for 10% charge for not using sacks within 14 days. We did explain these bags were for kindling machine at time of order. After your reply I will willingly pay post and packaging for the return of 5 sacks for you to test to save the full cost of £52 falling on my pocket. Get in touch and lets see how this pans out.
