I have phoned numerous times to chase my order to be told it had been sent next day delivery - 10 days later it has still not arrived!
I thought it was unusual for the sacks not to have arrived before the request for a review so I phoned the office. Nicola said she'd investigate and call me back. She phoned within 15 minutes (brilliant) to say that the courier had not been able to deliver on Monday (I only placed the order on Friday) and that the delivery was now rescheduled for the following day. The following day came and so did the bags! Excellent service as usual. Thank you Nicola and the Sackmaker team

Excellent service and fast rurn around. Ordered 25 garden half tonne bags arrived 2 days layer, these are ideal for chipping for my Garden business. Tough quality and pack down to small size when folded. Will be recommending to other users wanting quality waste bags at great prices.
Poor communication. Poor service. Wouldn't recommend whatsoever. Had an unpleasant experience with Sackmaker / J & HM Dickson Ltd of which not only did we not receive the goods, we are having to make a chargeback via our bank to receive a full refund. William Booth.

Good quality garden waste sacks and good price, i would buy here again. The courier was a let down delivering the 1st order to the wrong address, Sackmaker sorted everything very good service
I was very pleased to receive my order so quickly, and was impressed with the quality of the bags for the price I paid. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. The only issue was with the delivery company. I had written on the order form that a small vehicle would be needed to negotiate our road, but they used a large lorry that was unable to get to our house, and the order had to be dropped off at a neighbours house half way down the road.
