Delighted with the grey dinner set, perfect starter set for my son in his first flat. Fab colour and glaze. The bowls are such a good shape and size, deep and wide and better than own. Perhaps sell the bowls separately? Delivery was super fast and packaged really securely.

I bought a matching kettle and toaster, the kettle has a manufacturing issue as it has a leak at the bottom of the spout, when you pour the water it leaks from the bottom, I contacted customer service who are awful, arrogant and didn’t even acknowledge that the boiling water has scalded one of the family, anyway I’m sending both back and requesting a refund, I would have accepted a replacement but the very poor customer service put me off, even calling me darling when signing off an email to me, I found this very offensive, I would not recommend ordering direct from the website just in case there’s an issue with the quality, at least if you buy from a high street shop you get better customer service

Easy to order on line, updates on delivery, the trolley was very well packed. Good quality, easy to go from 2 to 4 wheels once I'd practiced a few times. Colour slightly different to how it looked on line, but that can't be helped. I'm only just 5ft and this is the perfect height for me . Very pleased.
Easy to order new microwave, 2 day delivery and well protected packaging Actual microwave looks good but; Cooking chamber smaller than expected (no sizes given on website) Certainly not as easy to use as my last 37yo Panasonic microwave, but getting used to it. Appears to work ok but I expected faster cooking with a 200w greater power microwave. ( Unsure if my new microwave is faulty?). Not sure if this is a 5* microwave.

Awful quality appliances. I'm on my fourth Haden microwave in about 3 years. 1st one became faulty and unsafe, it remained cooking when the door opened. 2nd one (replacement under warranty) had one mount shorter than the others and buzzed the whole time. It was replaced under warranty. 3rd one lasted a bit longer but suffered from extensive corrosion inside. I'm told because of moisture (first time for everything I suppose) 4th replacement lasted 6months where the door will not close due to failure of the latch. Customer service didn't bother replying to my last email. Their policy is that 12months warranty is from the date of original purchase so all replacements do not have a new warranty. Our cheap supermarket microwave in the work's office is still going after 12 years. We've also had to return 2 Haden kettles too within warranty for failure, so it's not just their microwaves with issue. I have never returned appliances previously until I started buying HADEN.

The air fryer arrived ,very well packed.We have only used our Air fryer a couple of times,but seems very good.I cooked breaded chicken and some chips the first time, it was delicious and moist. Lamb chops and roast veg,brussel sprouts the second time. Deliciouse!
have not seen my last purchase yet as it is a birthday present for a friend but my order arrived very promptly. previous purchase from Sabichi was excellent.

Customer Service and communication was excellent. After delivery I realised the kettle and toaster were not what I was exactly after and the return and refund process was very straightforward.
Loved these cups after seeing them in a property we were renting on holiday. Came home and looked them and put an order in straight away. Arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. Gorgeous mugs, very generously sized for my morning cuppa.
