Used RP for our move out, then into storage and, finally, into our new home. Despite numerous changes to the timing-and even the final address- RP handled all of our issues extremely well. The professionalism and friendliness of the Admin team was first class and reduced a lot of the inevitable stress of the move. Longish move from Bedford to Devon and the move went very smoothly. RPR were everything we could have hoped for and timing was just as planned.
Worked hard and did a great job. Didn’t bring a big enough lorry (we had some stuff in storage that they had only seen photos of), so had to leave some stuff to move ourselves and they didn’t rebuild all the furniture they dismantled, but we didn’t mind as it had been a very long day and we just wanted to get food and relax. Very friendly staff and they did a good job. Would recommend them to anyone.

A very good service. There was a slight misunderstanding with the amount of stuff that needed to be moved and arrived with a smaller vehicle than originally thought. I managed to move around that problem by using family members. This meant that another removal vehicle wasn't needed and I didn't occur any additional fees. My girlfriend and I were very impressed on how efficient our removal team were, I will absolutely use RP Removals again and recommend your services to friends and family. We used RP removals for our move at the end of August, following recommendations from several colleagues, and good reviews on their website. We would highly recommend them. From the first contact, they have replied to emails almost instantly. The viewing to generate the quote was also arranged very quickly. Our move was unfortunately delayed due to problems in the chain, but RP Removals were able to accommodate our new move date and there were no charges associated with changing the date. We used the packing service, which was carried out incredibly efficiently the day before the move. Moving day itself also went very smoothly. The employees work very hard, and are both friendly and professional.
A good price for a good job. Our removal van and 3 strong people arrived absolutely on time, were efficient, polite and friendly - and worked very hard. On arrival at our new house, they also did a great job. We would certainly use this company in the future.
