UPDATE: I don't know what this company is trying to pull here? You guys are TWO YEARS too late. This happened Feb 2022 (its mid 2024). I went through this with your company at the time and you were less then enthusiastic to help. As a matter of fact I emailed you multiple times asking so help and provided ALL of the information including many photos and was ignored which resulted in me having to go through BBB and PayPal in order to resolve this because your company chose to brush this concern off instead of offering a solution. Your company also requested and received the damaged flowers back (via paypal claims customer care) which on top of initially sending poor quality - ungiftable, damaged roses (which ruined my event and plans to say the least ) you also gave me the hassle of mailing this massive package back, which is perfectly fine since they would have ended up in the trash either way ( I truly wish I can post photos on Trustpilot for all to see) - But was a massive inconvenience to top this whole horrible experience off. Not to mention that your company had no intention of refunding this order unless I had escalated things through BBB and PayPal which took over a month of back and forth FYI. Now your reaching out with this response 2 years later? Thank you for reminding me of how horrible your customer care is and how fake your website is, I will be sure to spread my experience with @roseforever elsewhere. _________________________________ Spend $280 on a box full of roses and get something that looks like its been rolling around on the floor for days. I ordered these for the first time and when I opened the box they looked horrible. The roses were all cracked and ripped, every petal was damaged. When I reached out to the company they told me this was natural and expected from roses basically....sorry but I wasn't born yesterday and I know what roses look like, and this is a damaged poor quality item they sent out. Unfortunately they mail out roses for free to YouTubers in exchange for fake reviews. The customer care is a joke, I understand you don't want to lose money on your product but when you promise "luxury" "fresh" looking roses and mail out broken roses covered in glue for almost $300 you have to expect realistically customers to be upset about it. Not to mention I offered to mail these back to you for "inspection" and you guys in turn blocked me. Great way to handle a problem with the customer. I ordered the flowers for Valentines day delivery and still have not got them. Utterly disappointed after paying all that money for the flowers. I need a refund issued and I am happy to send back the flowers once they are delivered. I do not need a "$20 gift card for my next purchase". I need a refund for what I paid.

I ordered for del on 2-14-25 abd paid extra for it. I got an email on the 14th that delivery would be on the 15th . z still no delivery fyi. My wife’s day was ruined and she is very upset. There is no number to call. I will dispute with Amex. Do not order from this company .

Would have definitely loved to get my flowers for valentines day on time but it’s status has yet to be shipped for 10 days. I have gotten no response either unfortunately I am very confused on what happened because I’d get ads on it for valentines day and I am left empty handed for valentines day now.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and paid extra for them to be delivered on time. There no where near me and it’s due to come Tuesday after 7 whole days.. that’s called a scam. I didn’t pay over $250 for flowers, to have them delivered after Valentine’s Day. You can keep them and give me a full refund for not holding up your end. The excuse of the carrier not doing their job has nothing to do with us and also if you had it shipped next day delivery or 2 day delivery it would’ve been on time. You literally probably had them shipped with the slowest and cheapest option. I ship things regularly and never has it taken me to get something sent inside the USA let alone being both on East coast 7 days..No I don’t want that pathetic offer of $20 off my next order because I won’t be using your company again. Go ahead and process my refund because I haven’t heard back from when I emailed you. Scam company

Placed an order and have not been able to reach anyone from the company. I received a notification on Monday noon, that the flowers for Valentine’s Day were at a shipping partner and awaiting usps. As of tonight (Wednesday night) the flowers have not moved and no updates on the tracking website. The shipping partner is not responding either. I paid for expedited shipping and that seems to have been a waste. I have tried to email and call Rose forever and get no response. To spend $150 for Valentine’s Day surprise and be left empty handed is unacceptable.

I would strongly suggest that you avoid purchasing flowers from Rose Forever . I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I placed my order and completed a card to be sent with it. Then, leading up to the purchase, I didn't see any indication that my message was acknowledged, and I had no option to go back. So, I placed the order and followed up with an email and phone call to ensure it was received. I checked my confirmation email, invoice, etc., and nothing was there. No callback, no email, nothing. Then, I received a message from FedEx saying they tried to deliver the flowers this past Sunday. I ordered for delivery on Valentine's Day. Since I received the delivery attempt email, I again called and emailed the company, and guess what... no response.

spent a good amount of money on them (3 smaller boxes of flowers) planned to give a box to my mom, aunt, and grandma. never arrived. tried to contact, never got an answer. money was definitely wasted. should definitely get at least something back for it.

I sent these roses to my mom for her birthday and Mother's Day and they are so beautiful and vibrant! She was happy with them. I would highly recommend.

Love these roses. Had them for months and they still look great. Would be a great gift idea for military to send home while deployed. Spouses would to remind them of their love! And what a great value given they are long-lasting.

This rose box is elegant and beautiful. A nice pop of color that really stands out. The roses did not have fragrant smell I've seen with other rose boxes but still beautiful nonetheless. Can last up to a year and is decently priced. A great decor item and not to mention a great gift item. I would recommend.

My husband ordered me the ruby red sparkle rose for marriage anniversary day. The rose is beautiful and got here super fast. It wasn't supposed to be here till after marriage anniversary day but it got here on anniversary day.

Totally recommend - the Rose is even prettier in person. Bought the yellow rose with gold trim for a forever friend.

If you order flowers at 12:30 on Friday they will arrive on Tuesday Even if you pay for overnight delivery.

I got these for my sisters birthday and she loved them! The flowers are still looking brand new even after a month of having them here inside the house.

I've never ordered roses online but I'm sure ill continue to buy from Beverly Rose after this. The packaging made it easy to present and was a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I hope to be a customer for many years.

I got these as a gift to myself after being recommended to this company from a friend and they did not disappoint! I love having flowers in the house as a little pop of color, and now I don't have to spend money every other week switching them out for new ones because they last so long! I can't wait for this to be my go-to gift for birthdays and events.

I sent these as part of a birthday gift for my mom and she adore them. They arrived intact and had beautiful vibrant pink color.
