Fantastic service , from start to finish. Jane was brilliant at initial planning and Tommy fitted the kitchen to perfection. I am over the moon and highly recommend Rooms 2 love and plan to use them again in the future! Great job thanks so much !!!!

Rooms2Love let me down badly and wasted over three months of my time. Jane came to my home to measure my bathroom and give me a quote, and a date for work to start was confirmed for four months later due to their waiting list. However, three weeks before work was due to begin, Tommy came out to do a final survey and cancelled the job as he was worried about parking outside my home. I explained that from past experience he would likely find a suitable space, and if worse came to worst, the road is wide and quiet enough for him to double park and unload his van for the day. Countless other jobs have taken place in my building and street and companies have not had an issue. Tommy could have made it work but he didn’t want to. He’s within his right to turn down jobs for whatever reason he likes, but not after keeping me waiting for three months to let me down at such short notice. Jane argued that she raised parking as a potential issue initially. She did mention it briefly at her first visit, but if she felt it was such a concern she did nothing further to address it and went on to confirm the job and finalise the details. It’s been a huge inconvenience and I’m now back to square one at the bottom of another long waiting list. A really disappointing and frustrating experience and completely unprofessional from Rooms2Love. Unless you can guarantee parking immediately outside your home, I would not recommend this company. In response to Rooms2Love's response: My above review is an honest and accurate summary of what happened. The timescale WAS three months and it is disingenuous to say that it was not. You came to my home on 4 May, sent a quote on 5 May, and I confirmed on 8 May that we wanted to go ahead. We agreed to meet on 13 May to sign the paperwork, but due to difficult personal circumstances I had to postpone. You said this was okay and on 16 May confirmed you would hold an installation date of 11 September for us in good faith. We have this confirmation in text messages. Had I been able to meet as planned I would have signed the paperwork on 13 May, and we would still be in the same situation. We met on 1 July and I signed the paperwork as promised. I honoured our agreement, however you did not uphold your side of the contract that I signed that day. On 19 August Tommy came to my home for the final survey which is when he cancelled the contract. This was three months on from the 16 May when you confirmed you would hold the 11 September installation date, provided I signed the paperwork, which I did. Many potential solutions were discussed but Tommy did not want to consider any of them. As I stated, many other contractors have made renovations work without issue. If you view the parking situation as so clearly unworkable, then the job should never have been accepted. My original point stands that you wasted three months of my time as a result of this. An apology and £3.50 in interest in no way makes up for the significant inconvenience you have caused me. I’m unwilling to lose any more time over this but I do not accept the excuses given in your response nor your implication that I am lying about timescales.

We have recently had a new bathroom installed by Rooms2Love, and are very happy with the finished product. From our initial contact through to the completion, all staff (Jane, Tommy and Iain) have been consistently professional yet approachable, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend, thanks guys. Thank you so much Jane and Tommy for transforming our badly fitted wetroom and sinks into a beautiful clean, luxurious and functional walk-in shower. No more mopping up the copious amounts of water sprayed on the floor and the new flooring is a vast improvement on the old cold tiles. Designed and fitted our kitchen. Really happy with the end result. Nothing was too much bother. Gave us lots of great advice on what was suitable and what might not work. Always left us to decide. Overcame lots of problems in our awkward kitchen. Very tidy workers and cleaned up well when finished. Would highly recommend and will be happy to call them again when our bathroom is due to be renewed.

Absolutely delighted with Rooms 2 Love, they designed, supplied and fitted our stunning new bathroom. The process was hassle free, they listened and offered excellent advice on what was the best options. The range was extensive and they worked to keep it within our budget. No mess throughout and all of the old bathroom was taken away. Thank you Rooms 2 Love, we certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a bathroom.
