Product is great and very heavy duty which I love. Reason I am giving only 3 stars instead of 5 is based on the communication. I ordered a Camo Heavy Duty Harness (as I have the matching lead already) I was sent a plain black one instead with no communication of the changes or if the product I ordered was out of stock etc. I then emailed to question why I wasn't informed and noone got back to me still months later and not one response from the team.
Only 3 star atm because I haven't tried it out yet but it looks nice n strong tho I will give a better review once I've taken the dog camping n she doesn't break the clip off the harness lol I have confidence tho

A beautiful collar, extremely well made but I got the initial size wrong and had to send back for a smaller one so collar price was double. Sigh. So get the size right. Gorgeous collar, definitely recommend.
