I struggle to write my most recent experience I’m sorry. My precious dog passed a year ago and had one of these collars so I thought when our new baby joined us I’d get him a good one instantly. I ordered a white and rose gold collar and paid for it on its clearance sale. I ordered Saturday . The following Friday I get an email to say sorry no longer available pick another. Only problem any other collar I pick would incur me paying the difference as nothing would match the price. So I had to pick another and pay the same amount again almost. My $20 amazing deal ended up over $50 with postage and it’s just pushed off. Because the collars are beautiful I kept my score high. But never again will I buy online from them unless someone locally stocks it ever again.

Exceptional customer service. They really are interested in ensuring customer satisfaction. I had a bottle of shampoo break during transport through no fault of rogue royalty. The package was bubble wrapped and taped in fragile tape, yet still managed to arrive with a smashed lid. Rogue royalty understood my situation and have sent a replacement bottle. I will definitely be buying more products in the future.

Second time shopping with Rouge Royalty. I re purchased the shampoo and conditioner for my 8 year old Staffy with skin problems. Absolutely in love with the products and the customer service.

I have ordered from Rogue Royalty several times and love the harnesses with the buckles. My dog would break the plastic clips on the other brand harness. I never have to worry about her wiggling out of them either. Such a well made product and good sales experience.

As much as I love this collar, it is a ridiculously large collar, I have never had this problem before with other collars I have bought for our Dingo, I returned the first one (large) and have just recieved the second one (medium) but it is still to big, it's to expensive to send it back again for a small one, I would not classify a Dingo as small canid. So overall left with a nearly $60 unusable collar 😕
