RoGallery was exceptional in every way for our purchase of an original Itzchak Tarkay painting from their gallery. Since our purchase was conducted mainly by email, from our home in Oklahoma, without ever visiting RoGallery, in New York, there were a number of concerns and questions we had before purchasing; all of which were answered in a polite, timely manner. Funds were transferred via wire to RoGallery and they politely and patiently verified all the information I and my bank requested before the wire was initiated and then they expediently confirmed receipt of our funds. Packing, shipping, and insurance were a major concern of ours; RoGallery handled everything and the large, crated, expertly packed original Tarkay painting arrived from New York, to our home in Oklahoma, in a matter of days. We are extremely happy with our purchase and interaction and we would highly recommend RoGallery.

Poster came filled with wear and tear across it. They did offer to provide a refund, but I'd be very cautious before buying anything without seeing it yourself. The frame was nice. Service is decent, but the fact they would even sell this item given the state of it is beyond me.

Terribly unprofessional. Zero knowledge about the artists of the works they sell. Warehouse is NOT climate controlled. Shipping via UPS. Office was crammed full of random stuff. Worst gallery we have ever had to deal with.

I have wanted a Sam Francis print for many years, so I was excited to see several prints available at RoGallery. I think that the price was fair, especially since Robert honored the 10% discount for first time customers. The print was in great condition as promised. The framing was done promptly and was a bargain compared to what I would have paid in Los Angeles. However, the wood is not as deep as is typically used for fine art. The piece was well packed and arrived promptly one week from time of purchase. I have no hesitation to recommend RoGallery to other art lovers.

I loved the piece I ordered from Ro Gallery. It was better than I expected as I didn't know how the wrapped print would work. It looks sensational. it was purchased as a gift for my daughter. She loves it also. Will be ordering again from you!
