This review has been long overdue. Rocket Staffing were a true blessing to have found. Dean went above and beyond for me, having met face to face for an initial meeting, truly listening to everything I wanted and could have hoped for. He reached out to a company who were more than perfect for me. He cared to go the extra mile, finding me a role to grow and develop in, with a great location for commuting. He looked at the big picture and great long term prospects possible for me. I was supported through all interview stages and so pleased to have been hired for a permanent full time role! Initially very good, but believe there is some room for improvement with internal communication, as I was left in the dark about starting a new job. I took me actually calling up 10 mins before they closed for the weekend , only to speak to a frustrating and unhelpful individual( never gave me their name when answered phone) On top of that tell me private information about why a member of staff hadn’t contacted me, which I don’t think was very fair. Such a shame as I was really excited to be starting a new job.

A friendly, helpful recruiter - an added advantage that they do the Payroll themselves now and not farmed out to other companies as is the case with many other agencies.
