This company has been great for my needs. I needed 72 small vials to put some essential oils in and the man on the phone was nothing but helpful, he went through the product selection and helped me pick the jars for me.

I have ordered several products from this company, the majority of my orders have been sublime with no complaints, however on one melancholy day my order arrived shattered into many pieces (this is bad). I swiftly but surely got in contact with the company and the person who answers my calls, bless his heart, couldn't help me out so the manager himself gave me a full refund and sent me a replacement (what a lovely man), If it wasn't for this one issue it would be a 5/5 stars. I have today reported this company to Trading Standards as fed up of having no response to emails or telephone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
My order was cancelled with no warning or explanation and I’m still awaiting a response to my phone call and emails. Dreadful service
I ordered some Bonta jars and I was charged for these but they didn't arrive. When I asked about the order I was initially told that they were broken by the carriers and they would send some more. They then changed their mind and said they had none left and I would be refunded. I sent several email reminders and they have all been ignored and I have now, 2 months later, no refund and no jars.

Ordered a kit and within minutes of it being accepted it was cancelled without a reason yet my card was charged. I tried for a week to get through to their customer service both via email and phone. Thankfully I eventually got through and they have processed my refund for me.
