My order arrived very rapidly. I liked the new packaging of the daily moisturizer. As usual, it works very well in leaving my face feeling comfortable after washing.

I made a mistake while placing one of my orders and Riversol fixed the problem very fast and effectively. It came packaged beautifully with a free sample of a different for me to try. I love all Riversol products especially the serums because they reduce the color of my age spots.

It is odd Riversol asked me to give them a review after they messed up and failed to ship my order even though the product was in stock and ready to ship, according to their website. It is clear to me this company does not have the systems or procedures in place to ensure orders are fulfilled, shipped, and tracked. I did receive a refund and a very disingenuous apology after I reached out to them. I was very surprised they kept me on their mailing list and even more when they asked me "as one of their most loyal customers" to give them a review.

I have loved ALL of the products I've purchased from Riversol. I first heard about them last year, and ordered the 15 day sample for my mum and myself. I was completely sold, and purchased 2 of the full packages with cleanser, serum and moisturizer, along with the glycolic peel, anti-oxidant mask and sunscreen. They have since created the the anti-redness mask, and this has made a huge impact in the redness I see in my cheeks from rosacea. I highly recommend this product and company. The customer service is top notch too. Any time I've contacted customer service, I always receive friendly and prompt help. I haven't ever had an issue with any of the products, but as a member of the facebook group, I see that there are others who have had to reach out for support for this reason. Riversol seems to have an amazing return and support policy. If there's a problem, they fix it. My skin is normal to dry, but I find that I need the maximum moisturizer, especially in the winter. So if you're like me and looking at the sample pack, or the overall kit, bump yourself up to the moisturizing concentrate ;)

I love the Riversol cleanser and moisturizing concentrate! They are fantastic at making my skin glow while keeping the rosacea at bay. I also like the hand balm, it really heals dry hands.

I’ve been using Riversol for many years and first met Dr Rivers 20 years ago when I had skin cancer. I’ve tried other products but always come back to Riversol. I know I can trust the ingredients, it is priced affordably and the customer service is exceptional.

I placed an order and 10 days later it was still pending. I contacted the company and am grateful for the immediate response and that it was processed and shipped the next day. But it still hasn't arrived. This is atypical for Riversol - usually, when I place an order it's shipped almost immediately and arrives so quickly. I'm disappointed I've run out of product and am still waiting for my shipment to arrive. I can't purchase in-store and LOVE the products! I haven't found anything else that works to soothe the redness of my rosacea and keep my cheeks from flaking.

The first great experience with Riversol I had was receiving the trial package of products for free! This indicated how confident they are in their products, and reassured me that I wasn’t going to waste money. I am 51, and my skin truly looks younger- soft, smooth, with a subtle glow. What more could I ask for. The only thing I had to get used to was these products are unscented. I’ve always liked a little fragrance in my skin care products.

Products is excellent, received very fast, company keeps you updated and educated.

Really like the products they make my skin feel good and hydrated. Haven't noticed a difference with the redness reducing one vs the regular one though. But still love the products.

I received the sample packs and used for about 5 days when I noticed the anti-red serum had made a noticeable difference in the permanent (as diagnosed by my dermatologist) flushing from sun I had on my chest. Bought full-size products and have continued since then. The moisturizer and cleanser are amazing, haven't caused a single break out which is rare for my sensitive and rosacea skin. The eye cream does what it claims: my under eye circles that make me look like a raccoon are about gone. Truly wonderful products. Thank You for products that have given me nice skin after 25+ years of pills, creams, and drs. that never resolved a single issue. I can go without makeup now and not be embarrassed.

I’ve been using and ordering Riversol products regularly over the past two years. I usually call for my orders and I find the persons taking the calls to be always friendly, courteous and helpful. The products come to my mailbox within a week of placing the order. The products themselves are delivering what they promise. Good job Riversol.

I love Riversol products! They are working great for my skin, the customer service is great and they tend to ship very quickly. The only minor issue I have is the over-packaging but everything else is fantastic.

The product is very compatible with my (ageing) somewhat dry skin. Delivery is expeditious and reliable.
