On the site, if you have a problem, it says to submit a support ticket. I did just that on:Jul 6, 2017 twice, Jul 1, 2017, Jun 18, 2017, and Jun 30, 2017. As of today, 7/16/17, I have received NO RESPONSE! Each support ticket still says "Pending", which says to me that they don't bother to answer. I can't tell if I'm still owed money because their system doesn't remove completed/paid surveys from the "Pending". They're very inefficient.
