If I had known what I wanted from the offset the service would have been brilliant, but I literally had no idea. Mitchel was given a very limited brief of "this is my document, it needs to stand out but be professional", not much to go on by any standard. Less than an hour later, Mitchel had worked his magic and delivered something way above what I expected.
