I placed an order last 17-Feb-2025 and received it 21-Feb-2025. Unfortunately, they sent me products with "best before date on 02-2025". This is not acceptable. Dosage is one packet per day. I received 20 packets. Obviously, I cannot consume all of it before the BB date. I sent an email to request for product replacement but got no response. Please rectify this as soon as possible

taste like flavoured salt. Too salty for my liking

By far the most flavoursome electrolyte on the market. One small scoop packs a punch have found I can do with just half a scoop. Highly recommend for any one who is working outside daily.

Love this product. Thought Raspberry was good, sour apple is my new favourite flavour. If too sweet for your liking, simply dilute further.

Order placed on 26 December - order has not been delivered. Response received, although I was not able to use the tracking number provided nor received e-mails of any delays. As to the product itself, I cannot review that yet. Maybe consider making sure orders were delivered before asking customers to do a review.

Took almost 4 weeks to arrive from date of order - not worth it.

My order still hasn’t arrived and I’ve emailed twice to chase this up?paid for delivery too and still no product. How do you get a refund their customer service seems to be non existent!

i love your product it has helped with my exhaustion from fibromyalgia and no more cramps in my legs and having no added sugar is something i have been looking for, for sometime, i have recommended it to alot of my friends. i would like to suggest making a mixed flavoured sachet box so i can give sachets to my friends to try instead of putting a few scoops in a baggy.

I tried the sour apple and the raspberry flavoured electrolytes and hated them. Even at a fraction of the recommended serve, they were both sickly sweet. Unbearable to drink. Even with added salt. Such a let down.

Unpleasant Stevia taste

Great taste without sugar. I even make ice pops with the electrolyte powder. Yum

Received on time, glass bottle packed well. Enjoyed all flavours. Favourite was the Apple. Going to order again.

The ease of ordering online was great! Trying the sample pack was even better! I have only used the 1 sample so far and I couldn’t stomach it as it was very sweet. The glass bottle was ok though it seems to have a coating on the inside which I didn’t like as the droplets of water that stuck to it stayed and wouldn’t wash properly.
