Pedal will not tighten as screw thread worn. The second bike I've bought with this defect so obviously an integral fault. Zen Lifestyles originally owned the marketing company selling Revibers & went into liquidation in July 2024. It was acquired by Dezac Group immediately & their prices appear to have increased substantially but they seem unwilling to honour the existing 2 year warranties.So beware,

I think the company has gone bust. Exercise bike no longer works but no response from customer services by email or phone.

I bought a mini exercise bike in October 2023. In May 2024 the pedal dropped off. I have tried to contact reviber since June. I have sent 3 emails. I have tried calling but got no reply. The customer service is woeful at best. Won't buy again from them.

You never know what service quality a brand will deliver until there's an issue. This is the best service I've experienced in a long time. My massage gun is absolutely fantastic, a great great product but sadly there was an issue. I contacted the team and within 3 days I've got a new massage gun. That is service. Amazing work guys, love the product. John Pickles.

I have just bought the Reviber super slim..£130 with free P&P., direct from the company & cheaper than buying through Argos.It arrived within 24 hours of purchase. I bought it to build up my core muscles before I get a new hip later this year. The machine is quiet and comes with clear instructions of how to use it. I already love it and am looking forward to using it to better my health . I am struggling to be fit due to loss of mobility & balance so to work out at home is perfect for me.

The best customer service for after sales I have ever encountered. I am so impressed! If only all companies worked this way. I have a vibration plate that was out of warranty and needed support. Reviber went above and beyond. Friendly, responsive team. I expect my current machine to last a couple of years and will buy my next machine from them for sure!

Very impressed, excellent customer service. The machine has been great and I have had it over 5 years, it has developed a slight problem and is out of warranty but they have sent me a new part to fix the issue free of charge. I highly recommend.

Great device, I have had fluid on both knees for two years, painful and restricting, but after 2 weeks using the Reviber I am so much better and almost pain free, would recommend this also good for keeping fit

I emailed late Friday night to report that my Reviber product had broken down. On Monday morning I received reassuring phone call from Reviber’s service manager Leanne, informing me that a replacement unit was being dispatched that day. Oh the joy on Tuesday to receive my replacement. In these troubled times it’s very humbling to come across good genuine understanding people who care about their customers both before and after a sale. Thank you Leanne. I have no hesitation in recommending Reviber to anyone thinking about buying products from such a caring company.

excellent machine... the intensity is very similar to flabelos which is thousands of pounds more. Only just purchased the new fusion model 2 days ago from the reviber website and also got a 25% discount (£67) super happy customer:))))

I HAVE PERIPHERAL ARTERIAL DESEASE IN MY LEGS AND PURCHASED THE REVIBER PLUS TO SEE IF IT WOULD HELP MY SYMPTOMS. I HAVE HAD THE MACHINE FOR A WEEK AND ALREADY CAN FEEL THE IMPROVEMENT. NO MORE TIGHT,SWOLLEN CALF MUSCLES! WHEN I HAVE BEEN ON MY FEET ALL DAY AT WORK, I USE THE MACHINE FOR TEN MINUTES AND MY LEGS FEEL REFRESHED. I ALSO HAVE A LOWER BACK PROBLEM AND WAKE UP STRUGGLING TO BEND FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF HOURS, HOWEVER, IF I USE THE REVIBER, IT SEEMS TO LOOSEN EVERYTHING UP. I HAVE ALSO LOST 2LBS IN A WEEK! ITS EARLY DAYS....BUT SO FAR I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS MACHINE.
