Ik kreeg een tijdblok van 4 uur. Ik ben de hele dag ervoor thuis gebleven, om vervolgens een ophaler te hebben die pas een uur BUITEN het blok nog aankomt. Ik heb hier ook geen bericht oid over ontvangen. Ik ben erg teleurgesteld. Ik ga hier niet nog een keer gebruik van maken op deze manier.
The concept is great and very practical. However, the it would be beneficial and appreciable if a narrowed down time of pick up / delivery can be expected.

Pick-up was done correctly and professionally. One thing that wasn't great is that I changed the date of the pick-up, and they showed up on the original + the new date... This definitely has to be improved, as the deliverer had to come twice.

I did not know that they operate through DHL. The DHL guy was complaining that the bike box is too big and he was not aware there will be a bike, but I helped him carry the box to the van and everything was nice.
