I wanted to return the article I bought on Bol.com from Naduvi. I have not received the return label so I contacted Bol.com 2x to solve the problem and I was told that since this was product from a partner they cannot help me??? I then had to call Naduvi 2x only to be ignored both times. I then send 2x messages to Naduvi via Bol.com again no response. Finally I sent an email directly to Naduvi and threatened to report them to Authoriteit Consumer and Markt and finally after totally 12 days after I requested I received a return label. Unbelievable!!!

What I like is the possibility to return without the use of a printer...waste of resources as printers are. So I wrote the barcode and the order number on the package as per instruction and had the label scanned from my phone. Return went smoothly, at least I got a mail about the package having arrived. No ordernumber in said mail. I only returned one item but I would have liked the particular ordernumber being mentioned in the confirmation email. Particularly now that the webshop does not pay me back (and plays mute). Before they used returnista I had no problems with this webshop. Makes one wonder about companies integrating the software. Oh well maybe I'm too impatient. In that case pay some attention to expectations management, both of you. 14 werkdagen is 14 werkdagen. cheers.
