The company was extremely efficient in terms of timing, execution and quality. As the initial step, you are prompted to answer a questionnaire that allows for the resume writer to understand what your target audience will be when looking for a job/desirable role. Once the questionnaire was answered, the resume writer reviews existing resume and begins the drafting process. On the first draft I received, it was written in a simplified and effective manner. My resume writer has anticipated exactly what I needed to land my next opportunity. I highly recommend this company for their level of professionalism and overall quality.

I started the order in mid November. I was initially happy with the first draft of the resume. I have a hard time talking about my achievements, so it was a nice ego boost. That was the only redeeming quality. It was filled with buzzwords to the extent that it was clunky and unclear. The document when downloaded was not formatted well, and so wasn't easy for me to make corrections myself. When I asked for more edits I had no response for a month and a half. So as of February 21st I finally have a "finished product" that isn't worth using. I only got an interview after I started writing my own resume. They use ATS to make you scared you can't make a good resume on your own, but I never got an interview with their version of my resume.

From the moment I contacted them, they were very diligent, prompt and professional with answering my questions and addressing my concerns. It's because of this experience, that I decided to purchase the Premium Package. I had the pleasure of speaking to Jake, the Sales & Customer Support Manager prior to purchasing the Premium Package. He was very courteous and thorough with addressing all of my concerns via email and over the phone in a timely manner. His customer service skills were phenomenal! Shortly after purchasing my package, Susan, my resume writer, sent me a message introducing herself and explained the process and turnaround time for the revision. She completed the first draft a day earlier than expected. After the first glance of the first draft, I have to say, she did an absolutely AMAZING job with revamping my resume! I was blown away with the first draft AND final version! She also did an excellent job with answering all of my additional questions! I received the final version on Friday, 1/26/24. By Wednesday, 1/31/24, I received a phone call, text message and email from a recruiter expressing interest in my resume! His exact words to me were the following: " after reviewing several profiles, I was very impressed with your resume." I have to recognize Susan for her hard work in crafting my resume! So far, I'm very impressed with the company. They deserve 10-star rating!

Brian did great. If I were working with Brian in the first place, my initial review of Resumeble would have been much better and probably would have left 5 stars the first time around. Unfortunately, I was originally paired off with someone who did not do my materials or the Resumeble team justice, even after paying for the more expensive package. Bottom line, Brian is a 5 across the board. However, I give Resumeble a 4, taking into account, my original experience.

Brian at Resumeble was easy to work with. He was clear about the information he needed to build my resume and cv. The finish product is fantastic! I struggled for months trying to redo my resume as I am changing careers. The resume and cv are better than I imagined. Fantastic work and just like the website states: 4 day turnaround! As a recent graduate and new mom making a major career change, Resumeble services was worth every penny!

Easy and took the stress out of up dating my resume.

I checked out many similar services, while others gave better free feedback on my initial resume, their turnaround time was too quick over a holiday weekend made me think AI and offshore. Resumable responded more like I expected during holiday times, so I went with them as one of the mid-priced companies. The process was easy and doing the necessary ruthless cutting down to fit onto 2 pages was super helpful, I have over 25 years of work experience and wasn't sure how to tell the full story and where to cut. It was very important to read and revise, they will not necessarily know which accomplishments are more impactful, so just swap one for one and use the sentence structure and you are good. Some of the wording is a little repetitive and the writer won't necessarily under stand industry specific jargon. Just edit to suit. If an accomplishment is worded in a way or with words you couldn't explain completely, change it. The website states you will have a phone call with the writer to understand your objectives, doesn't seem like that ever happens based on the other reviews. I don't think that is too important since you get unlimited revisions and the writers seem to pick up quickly. The cover letter and other responses are copied form letters that you will find word-for-word on-line. Not necessarily a problem, unless one of the other applicants used the same service. One sentence was uniquely written for me. I used that sentence and the format to merge with the content from a letter I wrote. I appreciated the linked in re-write and help with choosing the right skills. I had the max 50, all with endorsements, so cutting some, adding others, and re-ordering helps to get noticed. Overall, the time spent by the writer through 5 rounds of revision seems a good value for the money and I ended up with a good resume that presents me very well.

I got good updates for my resume and my writer was super nice. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a few inconsistencies based on my previous resume, and I also am not sure how effective it is just yet (haven’t gotten a job but it has been a few weeks and the job market is not great right now).

My experience with Resumeble was not great. My writer was responsive and nice but that is the most I got. Lets start from the top. The resume format was not great and not ATS friendly. I had to go through several iterations. I have 20 years of experience and on an executive track. The writer added internship experience that was from my college days. The resume was stretch to 3 pages. Who is walking around with 3 page resumes? I have hired 100 plus people and never read 3 pages. If you cant convey it in 1 to 2, you have a problem with brevity. The resume had skill redundancies killing space, cities were incorrect, and the resume was not substantially better than my prior. I was disappointed. After so many iterations, I gave up. I got it to the best they could and ended the engagement. This is a problem of the business scaling it seems and losing their quality. It turned into a resume mill as opposed to a true tailoring. I bought the whole exec package and it was a disappointment. The LinkedIn did not flow with the resume with the cover letter. The crafted general manager resume totally missed the mark. I would not recommend them.
