We initially ordered pendant lights, and they came, and they were just downright ugly and cheap looking. We went to return them, and they were going to charge us a massive restocking fee or we could get store credit. We needed some rugs, so got the credit, and used the credit for rugs. If you can call them "rugs." I spent $300 on a rug that looks like it was screen printed on plastic. The other rug I got, I realized I ordered the same one from Wayfair for half the price. This place sells some cheap home furnishings, and cheap as in tacky but not cheap in price.

My item arrived as expected within the stated timeframe. Well packaged and beautiful. Our electrician had no trouble with installation. I would order again.

I ordered the wrong outlet covers at first because my electrician reconfigured two outlets to one. The RS team helped me with my exchange to ensure I received what was needed. They are beautiful brass switch plates and the toggle switch is so pretty. Love it!

I ordered a dining room chandelier in July, they were going to make it dimmable for me. Every month for three months I wrote to get a status update and I was told it was in production. Last week (month 4), I wrote again and was told they put it on a ship (from where I have no idea) and it would arrive November 19. Then it sits in Customs, then it is trucked to me! I might get it 6 months after ordering! Someone should have told me that or given me an option to pay air freight. I will be returning it sight unseen after waiting all this time as I need to buy other lighting in that room and cannot wait another 2 months. Ann tried to smooth things over but I think this whole order was very poorly handled.

I tried to buy a coffee table, but after the promised waiting time, I didn't receive at least a notification of the order status. I sent an email and asked what was happening. They answered that the "raw materials" weren't available and that a refund would be sent to my credit card in two or three days. I waited over 10 days, wrote again, and nobody answered my email. Finally, I made a dispute on my credit card to get my money back. Search first for the products they sell. I found the same coffee table for 50% of the tagged price while searching the internet.

Ann worked tirelessly to make sure my lights arrived in one piece and designed to specification.

Will never shop anywhere else for anything electrical! Not only is product beautiful and excellent quality the customer service was above and beyond any online company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered the wrong item and Johanna in the customer service department went above and beyond to help me with the return and get the correct items for my project.

Ordered fixtures and when received realized they were of sub par quality. When I attempted to return, they negated half of the total purchase. Thus, I would receive a refund of 50% of my total purchase. I have ordered from countless lighting and fixture companies and have never come across such an unfair refund policy. I will not buy any future items from Residence Supply and will not recommend them to others.

Nothing Like the product shown. This is a scam website to sell cheap stuff and then when you go to return they take 50%. Buyer beware!
