After being let down by one company 3 times never turning up and then a second company charging me £30 call out fee to refuse to fix my door because of it being a cheap make. What a relief to find 2 service engineers who were professional and very willing to help a great job done at a reasonable price we cannot recommend this company enough it seems their are a lot of cowboy companies out there

Very polite gents, they sorted the frame to the main garage door, that had rotted away. I did tell them that the garage had been there for 46 years. They did a great job.

What an excellent service. I called up on Friday afternoon, the lady on the phone was lovely and was able to book me an appointment for Saturday afternoon. I got a call on Saturday with an update to say the service man, Mark, was running late due to another job, which I was fine with. I appreciated the update. They later sent me a text message to let me know how far Mark was and a link to track his journey, extremely convenient considering I was working. I called Mark beforehand (text had his direct contact number) to let him know he may have to wait outside for a few minutes as I was working. He was totally understanding and pleasant about this. When Mark arrived, he was extremely friendly, approachable and complied to COVID guidelines. He took one look at the door, grabbed some tools and managed to open the stuck door within minutes. He fixed the underlying problem once the door was open and gave me advice on what to look out for in terms of future problems. Mark and the the Repair Garage Doors team were absolutely fantastic and I strongly recommend using them, as I know they'll be the first company I call in the future. Update: 21st April 2021 - the garage door is still extremely smooth. Great to have peace of mind thanks to a great service.

I was very impressed with the workman who came out to fit my garage door. I only rang in the in afternoon and their came next day in the morning no call out charge.

Fantastic service. I messaged at lunchtime to explain the spring on my up-and-over door had broken. I received a call back in 20 mins and an engineer arrived at the time stated, 4pm, and changed both. Very friendly and competent guy, wore a mask and respected social distancing. Absolutely 5 star. Mark, the engineer from 'Repair Garage doors' attended our property the same day as we called them, Mark identified the problem, offered us solutions and carried out the repair within 6 hours of our initial call. Fantastic Service at a reasonable price with the added bonus of a really friendly knowledgeable engineer.
