We had an excellent pre-puchase pest inspection of a house we were looking to buy performed by Barry Symes of Adelaide Pest Control / Rentokil in Adelaide. He found several issues missed by the building inspector, including rotting fascias around the gutters and a major leak that had resulted in damp carpets and rotting floorboards. He was happy for us to call him after hours to discuss in detail. I can highly recommend his service.

American Dave (and the other guys that attended to my job) were fabulous! I asked lots of questions and they all took the time to make sure I was clear about what I needed to look out for, best course of action to avoid attracting the rats and how to best keep my dog away from the baits.
