He was very professional and genuine and even went it of his way to make my baby comfortable with having someone here doing work that he doesn’t know. It was a great experience to know there are still hard working nice happy people and I think your very lucky to have an employee so great at what they do but also with out standing customer service skills. Steve who came first was good. He then made another appointment which he assured me he will attend to as he needed to check the roof & cut another inspection hole in our bedroom. Unfortunately someone else turned up the day before the appointment date. There was a bit of confusion as to what he was supposed to do. Another guy turned up a bit later but were not able to inspect the roof as the ladder was not long enough. Nothing was mentioned about the inspection point. Today I waited from 1-3pm as arranged for Steve to turn up. He did not appear. I was very annoyed. Another appointment was made for next week. Hopefully they know what they will be doing.
David Mowery came out to do a spray. He sprayed it real good! He made sure it was covered with the good stuff from head to toe! My husband has been a pest controller for many years and never sprayed it as good as David! We will always get David back when the urge hits. Thank you David for your satisfying service! He is also funny and friendly!

The young fella who did our yearly inspection was the best bloke so far, in that he was most courtiest and informative person we have had here. Look after this one. Don't let him go.

The person came in was pretty good. He know what's he doing. Very friendly as well. I respected our request of wearing shoe shocks.
The service we receive is trouble free. It is scheduled by the company and their contractor arrives on the appointed day, completes the job, provides us with feedback and gives useful advice for the coming season. We receive the inspection report the same day. Could not be easier.
I feel that Gavin does a thorough inspection of our house. I am also comfortable about his roaming the house,not escorted, so am able to go about my day with little intrusion.
