Had RenoDrain come round after a previous tenant had blocked a bathroom sink and shower. They came the day after being contacted. Great communication, speedy service. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again!

I don’t normally write reviews but this one is 100% needed…. I contacted Jamie at Reno drain due to a toilet/ pipe blockage. The problem was extensive and far greater than I had initially anticipated. We had already had intervention completed by a large national company and the issue had not been resolved. Jamie however cleared the blockage- it wasn’t easy and was a long process but Jamie’s professionalism, creativity and expertise resulted in the toilet working and the blockage being cleared at a far lesser cost than I was given from the previous company. I will 100% recommend Jamie and Reno drain to anyone. It truly was a fantastic & prompt response from Jamie! Thank you Jamie.

Jamie was great. On a Sunday afternoon he dropped everything and was at our house within minutes. His customer service skills were impeccable. We had a fairly ugly problem which was resolved within an hour. He cleaned everything up and was on his way. Great guy and we will definitely be calling him for all future issues. Make sure you ask about the Australian snake story!

Jamie was great and highly recommended. My 98 year old fathers bungalow got flooded by water coming up through the wet room drain. Jamie worked out the problem with the help of his fancy endoscope and explained the options. He got a quote to us promptly and fitted a non-return valve for us in the drain without any delays. Cleaned up his mess as well, no sign he had been there except the nice new inspection cover over the valve in the garden. Top job, top chap!

We called in the morning about a blocked drain. Jamie answered and although it wasn’t an urgent issue and he was busy he arrived by the end of the day as promised. The drain was dealt with efficiently and with good humour. A thoroughly professional job and I have no hesitation in recommending RenoDrain.

FANTASTIC SERVICE-HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THERES NO NEED TO LOOK ANY FURTHER USE RENODRAIN!!!!!! I had a drainage issue an internal drain which was overflowing with raw sewage.Jamie arrived to investigate and established that my sewage system was part of a duel system combined with next door.He Immediately called Southern Water on my behalf and made it a ( P1 Priority).Southern Water responded 2 hours later.He did not even charge me for the call out. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A STAND UP GUY- WE NEED MORE LIKE HIM ON THE ISLAND!!! THANK YOU JAMIE!!!

We called in the morning and Jamie came early afternoon. Checked out the drain with the camera. Found the blockage and cleared it. Pressure hosed the main channel then put everything back together and cleaned up. Brilliant service. I highly recommend RenoDrain to anyone who needs a drain expert.

I can’t thank Jamie enough. I called Jamie to see if he could assess and clear a couple of downpipes that over the years had become blocked with moss and silt. Jamie arrived within an hour and quickly identified what needed to be done, whilst informing me of the available options to rectify the issue.
